Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Clearance sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Return Process

Contact our customer support at info@sheenjeempk.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Returns must be sent to the address provided by customer support upon approval. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are dependent on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Items marked as “Clearance Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
